Edited by Jesse Allen at Carousel, Opposite Field, is an uplifting documentary about the first African Little League baseball team to compete in the Little League World Series. Edited at Carousel, A Rising Tide is an inspiring drama that premiered at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival. Set in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, the film follows Sam, played by Hunter Parrish, a young chef in Atlantic City, as he rebuilds his life and family restaurant after the devastating storm, discovering resilience, love, and the power of community along the way.

Butterfly Girl

Butterfly Girl is a documentary film produced by Carousel's Suz Grossman that chronicles the life of Abbie Evans, an 18-year-old living with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare genetic disorder causing extremely fragile skin. Despite her condition, Abbie embodies a typical teenager—moody, rebellious, and strikingly beautiful—while striving for independence and a life beyond her medical challenges. The film premiered at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival and was featured in several other festivals, including Full Frame, AFI Docs and Chicago International Movies & Music Festival.
